Lojay, a Nigerian singer-songwriter, has declared his popular ballad 'Monalisa' to be the "biggest Amapiano song."

 

He claims that the song he made and played is the best Amapiano tune ever written.

"Monalisa is the biggest Amapiano song that has ever been created," he stated.

 

Lojay stated in an interview with Hip TV, presented by BBNaija's Kimoprah, that Davido personally introduced him to Chris Brown after he remixed the song with the American superstar.

 

"I didn't see Chris Brown until the day before the Wireless performance," Lojay explained. Davido was the one who drove me to his hotel. Chris and I were meant to meet, but he's not someone you can just lock down. Again, thanks to Davido for assisting with the link up.

"We [me and Chris Brown] had a discussion right there, and we built a better relationship." That's when he said, "If you have anything else, let's talk, let's talk." Prior to then, it felt as if I had just finished a song. That was the point at which the relationship officially began."
