Early Life
Adelabu Alexander (Magixx) was born on September, 27th, 1999 into the family of Mr. and Mrs. Alexander. Magixx hails from Lagos State (Southwestern region) of Nigeria.
As a young child, Magixx was always interested in music and would often spend hour listening to songs from many genres, including highlife, reggae, pop and hip-hop.

He transitioned from creating songs to performing them in front of an audience at neighbourhood carnivals and school competitions. He made the choice to pursue music full-time after growing interests from his fans at the time.

Career
During a student at University of Lagos (UNILAG), Magixx was involved in the campus music community and enjoyed going to events including parties, shows and concerts. This helped him establish a modest but devoted audience and made him a well-know figure in Unilag’s entertainment scene.
In April 2019, he recorded a version of Burnaboy’s classic song Dangite and it quickly became popular online, with over 35,100 Instagram views. On September 3rd, 2021, he released a rendition of Adekunle Gold’s song title: Sinner.
